STAFF TRAINING
Our staff goes through three phases of training
1·Training upon Hiring
Two-week orientation schedule in order to get familiarization with the working environment and system.
2·On-Job Training
The staff is regularly trained in the office during the normal working schedule in order to cope up with the education policy amendments, latest eligibility criteria and new courses.
3·External Training
The staff is sent for attending special training sessions and workshops organized by the British Council.
